Responsibilities
- Assist with network infrastructure monitoring and troubleshooting
- Support software deployment and system updates across enterprise platforms

- Collaborate on cybersecurity awareness campaigns for employees
- Participate in Agile development sprints as a junior developer
- Test applications and document bugs using JIRA
- Shadow senior engineers during system maintenance windows
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in IT, Computer Science, or related field

- Familiarity with Windows/Linux operating systems
