Responsibilities
- Assist in deploying and monitoring cloud infrastructure solutions
- Support cybersecurity initiatives including vulnerability assessments
- Develop documentation for technical processes and user guides
- Collaborate on cross-functional IT projects using Agile methodologies
- Participate in system troubleshooting and incident resolution
- Research emerging technologies and present findings to the team
- Maintain and update IT asset management databases
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with at least one programming language (Python, Java, or C#)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) preferred
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Must be authorized to work in the US
