Responsibilities
- Support network infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting

- Document IT procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate on cybersecurity initiatives and vulnerability assessments
- Provide Tier 1 help desk support to internal stakeholders
- Analyze system performance metrics and recommend optimizations
- Participate in cross-departmental tech innovation projects
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux) and networking concepts
- Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and best practices
