Responsibilities
- Assist with hardware/software deployment and troubleshooting across 500+ workstations
- Support network administration tasks including VLAN configuration and firewall management
- Document IT procedures and create knowledge base articles for internal teams
- Collaborate on cybersecurity initiatives including vulnerability scanning and patch management
- Provide Level 1 helpdesk support to employees via ticketing system
- Participate in cross-departmental tech innovation sprints
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and virtualization technologies
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work 20-40 hours/week through summer/fall semester
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification preferred
