Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure enterprise hardware/software systems including Windows/Linux environments
- Monitor and troubleshoot network infrastructure using tools like Wireshark and SolarWinds
- Document IT processes and create knowledge base articles for internal teams
- Assist in implementing cybersecurity protocols and vulnerability assessments
- Support cloud migrations and AWS/Azure environment management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on digital transformation projects
- Participate in agile development cycles for internal tools
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux command-line and basic networking concepts
- Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V) preferred
- Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Excellent written/verbal communication and documentation abilities
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in team environments
