Responsibilities
- Support network infrastructure monitoring and maintenance activities
- Assist in implementing cybersecurity protocols and vulnerability assessments
- Collaborate on cloud migration projects using AWS/Azure platforms
- Document technical processes and create user training materials
- Participate in cross-functional agile development sprints
- Conduct hardware/software troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Support data analysis and reporting for client deliverables
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic knowledge of networking fundamentals and operating systems
- Familiarity with Python, SQL, or JavaScript programming languages
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Available for 10-12 week summer commitment (June-August)
