Responsibilities
- Monitor security systems and analyze alerts for potential threats during night shift rotations
- Document and escalate security incidents according to established protocols
- Assist with vulnerability scanning and penetration testing exercises
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on security investigations
- Participate in security drills and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain detailed logs of all security activities and findings
- Learn and apply industry-standard security tools and frameworks
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field
- Availability to work full-time night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM) for 10-12 weeks
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts and security principles
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- CompTIA Security+ certification or equivalent coursework preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
