Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for internal systems and user inquiries during night shift hours
- Monitor network performance and security systems, escalating critical issues promptly
- Assist with hardware/software installations, configurations, and troubleshooting
- Document IT processes, incidents, and resolutions in ticketing systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system updates and maintenance windows
- Participate in disaster recovery simulations and cybersecurity drills
- Conduct routine system audits and performance optimization tasks
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science, IT, or related technical program
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Available for 3-4 night shifts per week (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and ticketing systems
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) preferred
