Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain enterprise systems during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Execute server maintenance, patch deployments, and security updates
- Troubleshoot network issues and escalate critical incidents
- Document operational procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with global teams on system optimization projects
- Participate in disaster recovery simulations and cybersecurity drills
- Support user authentication and access management workflows
- Generate daily performance reports and system health analyses
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Availability for full-time night shift schedule (June-August)
- Basic knowledge of Linux/Windows Server administration
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs)
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
