Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain enterprise network infrastructure during night operations
- Assist with cybersecurity incident response and vulnerability assessments
- Support cloud platform administration (AWS/Azure) and system backups
- Document IT procedures and create technical knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system optimization projects
- Participate in after-hours system deployments and maintenance windows
- Test and troubleshoot hardware/software configurations in lab environments
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows Server, Linux)
- Experience with scripting languages (Python, PowerShell) preferred
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license for occasional equipment transport
- Available for 20-30 hours/week through fall semester
