Responsibilities
- Assist with hardware/software installations and troubleshooting
- Support network security monitoring and documentation
- Participate in agile development sprints as a junior team member
- Create technical documentation and user guides

- Attend weekly professional development workshops
- Present project outcomes to department leadership
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in team environments
- Must be available for 20-30 hours/week during summer term
- Tennessee resident or eligible to work in the US
