Responsibilities
- Support daily IT operations including hardware/software troubleshooting and system monitoring
- Assist in cybersecurity initiatives through vulnerability scanning and documentation
- Collaborate on cloud infrastructure projects using AWS/Azure platforms
- Develop and maintain internal documentation using wikis and knowledge bases
- Participate in cross-departmental tech initiatives with marketing and operations teams
- Contribute to automation scripts for routine IT tasks
- Attend weekly tech workshops and complete certification training modules
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and in collaborative team settings
- Must have unrestricted work authorization in the US
- Available for 20-30 hours/week from June to August
