Responsibilities
- Support infrastructure management and network monitoring systems
- Assist in software testing and quality assurance processes
- Collaborate on cloud migration projects using AWS/Azure
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Participate in cross-functional team meetings and sprint planning
- Research emerging technologies and recommend implementation strategies
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues under senior guidance
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows/Linux)
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, PowerShell)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work 40 hours/week from June to August 2024
