Responsibilities
- Assist with network monitoring, troubleshooting, and system maintenance
- Support cloud infrastructure operations including AWS/Azure configurations
- Document technical processes and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate on software testing cycles and bug reporting
- Participate in cross-functional team meetings and sprint planning
- Research emerging technologies and present findings to the team
- Maintain IT asset inventory and assist with hardware deployments
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science, IT, or related bachelor's program
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS)
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Valid driver's license for occasional local travel
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 suite
- Availability for 20-25 hours/week during summer months
