This internship provides college credit and is designed to help you build your professional skills while contributing to real-world projects.
As an intern, you will work alongside our experienced IT team and have the opportunity to learn from industry professionals. We are committed to fostering a learning environment where you can grow both professionally and personally.
This is a paid internship offering $15-$20 per hour, and we are flexible to accommodate your college schedule. The internship runs from June to August, with the possibility of extension based on performance.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and maintenance of web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Support database management tasks including SQL queries and data analysis.
- Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Document processes and create technical documentation as needed.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to project discussions.
- Learn and apply best practices in software development and IT operations.
- Complete assigned tasks within deadlines and communicate progress effectively.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program (must be able to receive college credit).
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with at least one programming language (Python preferred).
- Understanding of SQL and database concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be available to work part-time (20-25 hours per week) during the summer months.
