Responsibilities
- Support daily IT operations including hardware/software troubleshooting
- Assist with network monitoring and security audits

- Conduct data backup and recovery tests
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
