Responsibilities
- Assist with hardware/software installation and troubleshooting
- Support network monitoring and system maintenance tasks
- Document IT procedures and create knowledge base articles

- Shadow system administrators during live deployments
- Research emerging technologies for department innovation
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in college/university (any major)
- Basic computer literacy (Windows, Microsoft Office)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
