Responsibilities
- Assist with network infrastructure monitoring and maintenance
- Support hardware/software troubleshooting for internal systems
- Create technical documentation and user guides
- Collaborate on cybersecurity awareness initiatives
- Participate in Agile sprint planning and stand-ups
- Contribute to database management and reporting tasks
- Shadow senior engineers during system implementations
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's program (any year)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work 20-30 hours/week during summer months
