Responsibilities
- Support infrastructure maintenance and network monitoring across enterprise systems
- Assist in cybersecurity incident response and vulnerability assessments
- Collaborate on cloud migration projects using AWS/Azure platforms
- Develop automation scripts for routine IT operations
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Participate in cross-departmental technology workshops
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues for internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with Windows/Linux operating systems
- Experience with scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, or Bash)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities

- Ability to work independently and in team environments
