Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) for client projects
- Troubleshoot network security incidents and implement preventive measures
- Develop automation scripts using Python/PowerShell for operational efficiency
- Document IT processes and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on DevOps initiatives
- Conduct system performance monitoring and optimization
- Participate in agile sprint planning and retrospectives
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (Sophomore/Junior standing)
- Proficiency in Linux/Windows command-line environments
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls)
- Basic scripting knowledge (Python, PowerShell, or Bash)
- Strong analytical problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Available for 40 hours/week (June-August or September-December start)
- Valid driver's license (occasional client site visits required)
