Responsibilities
- Assist in network administration and system monitoring

- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on tech initiatives
- Conduct research on emerging technologies
- Participate in agile sprint planning and stand-ups
- troubleshoot hardware/software issues under guidance
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic understanding of operating systems and networking concepts
- Familiarity with programming languages (Python, Java, or C++)
