Responsibilities
- Support infrastructure monitoring and network optimization initiatives
- Assist in deploying and maintaining cloud-based applications (AWS/Azure)
- Collaborate on cybersecurity protocols and vulnerability assessments
- Document technical processes and create user training materials
- Participate in agile development cycles and code reviews
- Troubleshoot system issues and implement solutions under guidance
- Contribute to automation scripts for deployment pipelines
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Python, Java, or scripting languages
- Familiarity with Linux/Windows operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Available for 20-40 hours/week through Fall 2024
- US citizenship or valid work authorization required
- Experience with Git/GitHub or version control tools (preferred)
