Responsibilities
- Assist in deploying and monitoring network systems and cloud infrastructure
- Support hardware/software troubleshooting across client environments
- Document technical procedures and create user training materials
- Collaborate on cybersecurity initiatives and vulnerability assessments
- Participate in weekend system upgrades and maintenance windows
- Support data migration projects and quality assurance testing
- Shadow senior engineers on client consultations and solution design
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Familiarity with scripting languages (Python/PowerShell/Bash)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to technical detail
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver's license required for occasional equipment transport
- Available to work 8-hour shifts on Saturdays and Sundays (June-August)
