Responsibilities
- Support daily IT operations including hardware/software troubleshooting and network monitoring
- Assist with cybersecurity initiatives including vulnerability assessments and policy documentation
- Collaborate on cloud infrastructure projects using AWS and Azure platforms
- Create technical documentation and user guides for internal systems
- Participate in cross-functional agile sprints and sprint retrospectives
- Conduct system audits and recommend performance optimizations
- Present project findings to senior leadership through weekly progress reports
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, or Bash)
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Must have legal authorization to work in the US for the duration of the internship
- Availability for 20-30 hours/week during summer/fall semester
