Responsibilities
- Assist the IT support team with day-to-day troubleshooting of hardware and software issues for office employees.
- Monitor and maintain the office network infrastructure, including Wi-Fi and printer systems.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and standard operating procedures in our knowledge base.
- Support the deployment and configuration of new hardware and peripherals.
- Participate in software testing and quality assurance processes for upcoming releases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technical requirements.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or Graduate degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and networking concepts.
- Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash, or PowerShell) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be available to work part-time hours during the Summer/Fall semester.
