Responsibilities
- Support cloud infrastructure management and troubleshooting
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and vulnerability assessments
- Develop and maintain internal documentation systems
- Participate in agile development cycles for software projects
- Collaborate on data analysis initiatives using SQL and Python
- Shadow senior engineers on system integration projects
- Contribute to IT process optimization initiatives
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science, IT, or related program
- Basic knowledge of Python, Java, or JavaScript
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) preferred
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work 20-30 hours/week during summer term
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- Personal interest in emerging technologies
