Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining network security infrastructure
- Support system administration tasks including user account management
- Participate in cloud platform deployments and troubleshooting
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on security audits and vulnerability assessments
- Contribute to software testing and quality assurance processes
- Attend weekly technical workshops and team training sessions
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a college/university pursuing Computer Science, IT, or related degree
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls)
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows/Linux)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work 15-20 hours per week during summer months
- Must be eligible to receive college credit for internship
- Basic scripting knowledge (Python/PowerShell) preferred
