Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for employees across weekend shifts
- Deploy and troubleshoot hardware/software systems
- Document IT procedures and knowledge base articles
- Assist with network monitoring and security protocols
- Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure projects
- Participate in weekend system updates and maintenance
- Deliver user training on new technologies
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science or IT-related program
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Valid driver's license for occasional equipment transport
