Responsibilities
- Provide weekend technical support to 200+ employees via ticketing systems and remote assistance
- Deploy and configure hardware including workstations, peripherals, and network devices
- Document IT processes and create troubleshooting guides for knowledge base
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols including access management and vulnerability scans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system upgrades and maintenance projects
- Monitor network performance and escalate critical incidents to senior engineers
- Participate in bi-weekly IT strategy sessions with leadership team
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Proficiency in Windows/macOS environments and basic networking concepts
- Experience with helpdesk tools (ServiceNow, Zendesk) or similar platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to diagnose hardware/software issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Availability for weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday 8am-4pm) + 1 weekday training day
- Valid driver's license for occasional equipment transport between sites
