Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 technical support for hardware/software issues during night shift hours
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, servers, and cloud services
- Document IT procedures and create knowledge base articles for internal teams
- Collaborate with senior engineers on system upgrades and security patches
- Respond to service tickets via ticketing systems with SLA adherence
- Assist in disaster recovery testing and backup verification processes
- Participate in cross-departmental IT projects and innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science, IT, or related program (students welcome)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux OS, networking concepts, and cybersecurity fundamentals
- Strong troubleshooting skills with ability to diagnose hardware/software issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently during night shifts
- Proficiency with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) and remote access tools
- Flexibility to work nights (10 PM - 6 AM) with weekend rotation as needed
