Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain enterprise network systems during overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Assist with server administration and cloud infrastructure diagnostics
- Document incident reports and resolution procedures in ITSM tools
- Collaborate with global teams on system patch deployments and updates
- Participate in disaster recovery simulations and security protocols
- Support endpoint device management for 500+ corporate systems
- Contribute to automation scripts for routine maintenance tasks
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Computer Science, IT, or related degree (Sophomore/Junior standing)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Experience with command-line interfaces and scripting (Python/Bash preferred)
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to technical detail
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification (or equivalent coursework)
- Availability for full-time summer schedule (May-August)
