Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain enterprise server infrastructure during night shifts
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues for remote teamsPerform system backups and security patch updates
- Document IT incidents and resolutions using ServiceNow
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless handovers
- Assist with hardware installations and preventative maintenance
Qualifications
