Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues during night shift hours
- Monitor network systems and troubleshoot connectivity problems
- Document incident reports and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system updates and deployments
- Assist with cybersecurity monitoring and vulnerability assessments
- Participate in after-hours system maintenance windows
- Train on enterprise tools: ServiceNow, Cisco Systems, Microsoft Azure
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in accredited IT/Computer Science program (Sophomore+ standing)
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking fundamentals, and security protocols
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (7 PM - 7 AM)
- Strong problem-solving skills with customer service orientation
- Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Available for 20-30 hours/week during Summer/Fall semester
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification a plus
