Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for enterprise systems during night shift operations
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure including firewalls and VPNs
- Document IT processes and create knowledge base articles
- Assist in server administration and cloud platform management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system upgrades
- Participate in cybersecurity monitoring and incident response
- Troubleshoot complex hardware/software issues using diagnostic tools
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in IT/Computer Science program (Sophomore+ standing)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Experience with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Available for 3+ night shifts weekly (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Must receive academic credit for internship
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification preferred
