- Provide tier-1 technical support via phone and remote tools for internal systems
- Monitor network infrastructure and resolve night-shift IT incidents
- Assist with hardware/software installations and maintenance
- Document technical issues and solutions in ticketing systems
- Collaborate with global IT teams during off-peak hours
- Participate in after-hours system upgrades and deployments
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Computer Science or IT-related program
- Availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM (Sunday-Thursday)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS and networking fundamentals
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license (for occasional on-site duties)
