- Assist in cybersecurity monitoring and vulnerability assessments
- Support user account management and access control protocols
- Participate in cross-departmental IT projects and process improvements
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university program
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently during night hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic networking concepts familiarity (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Customer service orientation with patience for user inquiries
- Available for full-time summer schedule (June-August)
- Valid driver's license for occasional equipment transport
