Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for enterprise systems and user devices
- Monitor network infrastructure and resolve night-shift alerts
- Document IT procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system updates
- Assist with cybersecurity monitoring and incident response
- Support hardware/software deployment and maintenance
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Computer Science, IT, or related degree
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS/Linux operating systems
- Strong troubleshooting skills with network fundamentals
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Available for 20-30 hours/week during summer/fall
