Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain enterprise network systems during overnight shifts
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues for internal stakeholders
- Perform system backups and security vulnerability scans
- Document incident reports and resolution protocols
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless handovers
- Assist with server infrastructure updates and patch management
- Participate in cross-departmental tech initiatives
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing IT/Computer Science degree or related field
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Experience with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site needs
- Available for 20-30 hours/week between May-August
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
