Responsibilities
- Assist with hardware setup, configuration, and maintenance of desktops/laptops
- Provide Level 1 help desk support for internal employees
- Document IT procedures and create troubleshooting guides
- Participate in network infrastructure monitoring and basic troubleshooting
- Support software installations and updates across company systems
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on special projects
- Attend weekly training sessions on emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a 2-year or 4-year college/university program
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Valid driver's license (for occasional equipment pickups)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Flexible schedule (20-30 hours/week during summer term)
