Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Manage helpdesk ticketing system and resolve user inquiries within SLA
- Deploy and configure network devices (routers, switches, access points)
- Assist with cybersecurity monitoring and basic threat response
- Document IT procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects
- Participate in weekend system maintenance and update deployments
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with Windows OS troubleshooting and Active Directory
- Strong problem-solving skills with customer service mindset
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with on-call support
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability for 20-25 hours/week (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems preferred
