Located in downtown Memphis, our office is steps from the vibrant Beale Street entertainment district and offers flexible scheduling to accommodate your academic calendar. This position runs from June to August and includes weekly professional development workshops.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing social media content across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis using SEMrush and Google Analytics
- Create email marketing campaigns and optimize A/B test results
- Support content creation including blog posts, infographics, and video scripts
- Track campaign performance metrics and prepare weekly reports
- Collaborate with design team on visual marketing assets
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for new campaign initiatives
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Experience with social media management platforms (Hootsuite, Buffer)
- Familiarity with SEO principles and Google Analytics
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Canva
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS preferred
- Ability to work 40 hours/week during summer months (June-August)
- Portfolio of creative projects or marketing campaigns (if applicable)
