We're seeking a passionate Marketing Intern to help us promote our adventure tours and outdoor gear. This hands-on role offers real-world experience in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management while working alongside our dynamic team in beautiful Colorado Springs.
Responsibilities
- Create engaging social media content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
- Assist in developing email marketing campaigns for customer retention
- Conduct market research on outdoor industry trends
- Support local event coordination and community outreach
- Manage inventory tracking for promotional materials
- Collaborate on SEO optimization for our adventure blog
- Analyze campaign performance metrics weekly
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Basic proficiency with social media management tools
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to work 20-25 hours per week (June-August)
- Knowledge of SEO fundamentals preferred
- Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Valid driver's license for local travel
- Enthusiasm for outdoor recreation and Colorado tourism
