Responsibilities
- Develop and execute hyperlocal social media campaigns targeting Colorado Springs audiences
- Assist in creating compelling content for blog, email, and print marketing materials
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis for regional businesses
- Support event coordination for community sponsorships and pop-up activations
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on integrated marketing initiatives
- Manage local influencer partnerships and community ambassador programs
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's program (Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field)
- Basic proficiency with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
- Strong written communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
- Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and Google Analytics preferred
- Portfolio showcasing creative projects (school work, personal blogs, etc.)
- Local Colorado Springs student or resident preferred
- Available for full-time (40 hrs/week) commitment from May-August
