Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Create compelling content for blogs, newsletters, and promotional materials
- Analyze campaign performance metrics using Google Analytics and Sprout Social
- Assist in organizing local pop-up events and community partnerships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on brand storytelling initiatives
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis for Southeastern US markets
- Maintain and update digital asset libraries with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a college/university program (any major welcome)
- Basic proficiency in social media platforms and content creation tools
- Strong written communication skills and creative storytelling ability
- Availability for 20-25 hours/week (flexible scheduling for students)
- Interest in marketing, communications, or business development
- Local Miami residency preferred (for in-person event participation)
- Ability to work independently and in collaborative team settings
- Must have reliable transportation to our Miami office
