Responsibilities
- Support digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and content platforms
- Assist in market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy
- Create engaging content drafts for blogs, social posts, and newsletters
- Help organize and execute local promotional events and community outreach
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare weekly reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on brand initiatives
- Learn and apply SEO best practices for online visibility
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a high school, college, or university program
- Strong written communication and basic computer skills
- Interest in marketing, communications, or business fields
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Reliable transportation to downtown Indianapolis office
- Availability for 15-20 hours/week during summer months (June-August)
