Responsibilities
- Execute social media campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn for local client partners
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis for Southern California businesses
- Assist in creating email marketing content and promotional materials
- Support SEO optimization efforts for local business listings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on summer event promotions
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare weekly reports
- Participate in weekly strategy sessions with marketing leadership
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's program in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Strong written communication skills with attention to detail
- Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and SEO principles
- Ability to work 20-30 hours/week between June-August 2023
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Canva
- Must have reliable transportation to Long Beach office
- Portfolio demonstrating creative projects preferred
