Responsibilities
- Assist the SEO team in conducting keyword research and analyzing local search trends in the Baltimore and Virginia markets.
- Support the content department in drafting, editing, and publishing blog posts and website copy.
- Manage and update social media profiles to increase engagement and brand awareness.
- Monitor website analytics using Google Analytics to report on traffic and user behavior.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Help organize and promote local community events and virtual webinars.
- Collaborate with the design team to create simple graphics and visual assets for campaigns.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Marketing, Communications, or Business preferred).
- Availability for a full-time summer commitment (12 weeks).
- Basic understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a laptop or computer.
- Eagerness to learn new tools and adapt to fast-paced deadlines.
- No prior professional experience required – we value potential and attitude.
