Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain critical infrastructure systems during overnight operations
- Perform data analysis and generate performance reports for executive leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve system escalations
- Document operational procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Participate in security audits and compliance checks
- Shadow senior engineers during system migrations and deployments
- Contribute to automation projects using Python and Bash scripting
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
- Basic proficiency in Linux/Unix command line environments
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Availability for 3-4 consecutive night shifts per week (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Interest in cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, or DevOps practices
