Responsibilities
- Support 24/7 technical operations during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM EST)
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot infrastructure issues
- Collaborate with global teams on product testing and quality assurance
- Document technical procedures and create user documentation
- Participate in agile sprint planning and retrospectives
- Analyze data trends and generate performance reports
- Contribute to innovation workshops for product enhancements
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited university (Sophomore year or higher)
- Availability for night shifts (minimum 3 days/week)
- Basic proficiency in Python, SQL, or JavaScript
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in remote teams
- Interest in cloud computing or DevOps technologies
- GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred
