Responsibilities
- Support 24/7 operations during night shift (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Assist with system monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident response
- Collaborate with global teams on development projects
- Document processes and create technical documentation
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning
- Conduct data analysis and generate performance reports
- Learn and implement cloud technologies (AWS/Azure)
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in accredited university program
- Basic knowledge of Python, Java, or C++
- Experience with Linux/Windows operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently during night hours
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Available for 3+ nights per week (20-25 hrs/week)
- GPA 3.0+ preferred
